PAULEY: He was an Indiana High School champion at Martinsville in 1927, a three-time All-America at Purdue, a Lieutenant in the U.S Navy during World War II, and then, John Wooden really became a success.

PAULEY: As a coach of the UCLA Bruins for 27 years, Wooden established records that will likely never been matched. His teams won 10 NCAA championships, 7 consecutively. He had 4 undefeated seasons and won 188 games in a row.

PAULEY: He’s in the basketball hall of fame as both a player and a coach. His pyramid of success is the most famous pyramid since the Pharaohs.
