Educator Resources

Woman reaching for books in library

We are here to support your work educating the next generation of Hoosiers about Indiana’s past and present!

When your students visit the History Center, participate in National History Day in Indiana, or read our books in your classroom, they are building a foundation toward becoming an active citizen in our state. We hope you take advantage of the high-quality curriculum we’ve created to make your job easier.

Providing quality statewide educational programs, resources and field trips are an important part of what we do. All field trips, outreach programs, curricula and other educator resources are aligned to Indiana academic standards.

Please contact us at education@indianahistory.org if you have any questions. For up to date information from the Education and Engagement department at the Indiana Historical Society, use the link below to subscribe to our monthly education newsletter!
