An all-star band assembled for the Indianapolis Early Music Festival plays music from the World of Leonardo with dancers from Chicago’s Haymarket Opera and choreography by Catherine Turocy.

The world has known geniuses like Mozart and Einstein, but never was there such a genius across fields. Leonardo was an artist, inventor, scientist, and musician. In a one-of-a-kind multi-media event, IEM will present the world of Leonardo in music, dance, narration, and projected images. The all-star band assembled by IEM Artistic Director Mark Cudek and IndyBaroque performer and IEM Board member Phil Spray will include Grammy-nominated lutenist Ronn McFarlane and feature choreography by the world’s foremost authority Catherine Turocy.
