Join us for a discussion with author James Philip Fadely about his book, Thomas Taggart: Public Servant, Political Boss 1856-1929. The book delves into Taggart’s life as a businessperson and politician, including the conservation of French Lick Springs Hotel, a resort that became revered by the rich and famous, and his role as Hoosier Democratic party boss who helped propel the careers of politicians at every level including presidents. This discussion will be led by Indiana Landmarks President Marsh Davis.
