Beyond pension paperwork and muster rolls, there is an abundance of resources available to better understand what life was like between 1861-1865. Join us as we walk in a soldier’s shoes, building skills to be better storytellers by focusing on sensory-based questions. Together we will build the world around one Hoosier soldier and learn how asking different questions of our research can bring new stories to life. This is a “brains-on” workshop that encourages group work and imagination. Share ideas and walk away with tools and inspiration to advance your own research.
Space is limited to first 20 registrants.
