Basics of Organizational Management (10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST)
Knowledge of basic organizational management is key to stability and sustainability. This webinar, designed to meet the needs of genealogical societies and all-volunteer organizations, provides an introduction to the main areas of management, including long-range planning, best practices, and legal requirements.
Basics of Fundraising (1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EST)
Fundraising can be intimidating for many organizations, but it doesn’t have to be. This webinar offers an introduction to the principles of fundraising and explores how to build a case for support using your organization’s story to attract new donors, retain current donors and secure larger donations.
