Virtual Workshop
Documents can point us in a direction to understand our ancestors, including where they lived and what they did for a living. But what if we want to find out more information? What if we want to learn what music they may have listened to, or what stores they frequented? Your research can be applied to answer these and many other questions to understand the world around them and be better storytellers. Through IHS’s IN 4D sensory research method, we will walk together in the streets of Gary, Indiana. Leave this workshop with the knowledge and skills to better research and tell the whole story by walking in your ancestor’s shoes.
$15; $10 IHS members
Registration closes 5 p.m. EST May 25.
