Holiday Cheers: Trim the Tree

Holiday Cheers – Trim the Tree

Make sure your tree is looking its best this holiday season with a little help, and a special kit, from your friends at IHS. You can make your own handmade ornaments to hang on your tree or include as stocking stuffers.

Each Trim the Tree kit includes treats for one, including sticker, button and a candy cane; three ornaments to paint; materials to create your own popcorn strings; clothespin candle craft; recipe for making your own spiced dough ornaments; and access to virtual on-demand instructional videos [Videos available by Dec 7]

Cost + Details

The first kit is $20, ($15 for members) and additional kits are available for $10 each. Shipping is available (for $10) if ordered by Dec. 15.

Kits can be picked up during special times at the Indiana Historical Society, including: December 11 from 4-8 p.m.; December 12 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.; December 15 from 3-5 p.m.; December 19 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.; and December 23 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Masks required when entering the building.
