It is a historic anniversary – the 250th commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence – so why not try your hand at some history yourself? Historians employ a variety of skills to document the past. You can do the same! Join us for a series of workshops designed to teach you the skills of being a historian. In this workshop you will learn the basics of research. How to decide on a research topic, find primary and secondary sources, and how to navigate a research facility.
Each workshop will feature a mix of presentation and hands-on activities. Registration includes admission to the Indiana Historical Society, light snacks, and all workshop materials.
