Glazed or cake, frosted or sprinkled, doughnuts are a part of our shared American experience. Join us to chew on the history, eating habits, and identity around glazed, fried dough with Anthropologist, Professor, and author of “Glazed America: A History of Donuts” Dr. Paul Mullins.
