Hands-On History – Preserving Your Family Heirlooms
It is a historic anniversary – the 250th commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence – so why not try your hand at some history yourself? Historians employ a variety of skills to document the past. You can do the same! Join us for a series of workshops designed to teach you the skills of being a historian. Come learn how to take care of your family’s heirlooms and preserve them for generations to come.
Each workshop will feature a mix of presentation and hands-on activities. Registration includes admission to the Indiana Historical Society, light snacks, and all workshop materials.
